• Optional Balloon Ride.

Turistika Travel by GWT, Oruga Center and ViveVibraViaja are not responsible for compliance with individual entry requirements to the country of destination. US citizens do not require a visa to enter Egypt. If you have another nationality, please contact the local consulate to verify the updated entry requirements. A passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of entry) is required for US citizens traveling internationally.

Contingencies

This itinerary could be subject to changes caused by weather conditions, road closures and other unforeseen events. We follow the recommendations of the agency at the destination to maximize the time of your visit and complete the travel plan contemplated.

Covid19:

Regardless of the entry requirements to these two countries, to participate in this trip, Trotamundos requires that you take the Covid PCR test within 72 hours prior to your flight departure. You must show your negative result to our representative the day of the flight before checking in at the airport.

Travel insurance:

Purchasing travel insurance with COVID coverage abroad is highly recommended. In case of having an accident or being infected with Covid while

Requirements to reserve:

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Travelers must present a vaccination card and a valid passport.
• Participants cannot have mobility problems. This destination and itinerary requires physical effort and travelers must be able to keep pace and move without the help of devices (canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs or the help of other individuals).

Covid19:

Regardless of Egypt's requirements to enter the country today, to participate in this trip, all travelers are required to be vaccinated (2) against Covid-19 and take a PCR test within 72 hours prior to the flight. The result of this test must have a QR code or be signed or sealed by a certified laboratory in a document written in English.

Important information

• VISA: Egypt requires an entry visa for US citizens. The visa can be paid at Cairo airport.
• Evidence of health insurance: Egypt requires you to present evidence of health insurance that covers expenses in the event of contracting Covid. If your insurance does not have this international coverage, you should purchase travel insurance that specifically covers Covid abroad.
• Affidavit: All passengers to Egypt must complete a health declaration before boarding the flight and must present it to immigration upon arrival in Egypt.
• This information on requirements to travel to Egypt is a guide. If we find out about any changes between now and the date of the trip, we will inform you via email. Please note that Turistika Travel, vivevibraviaja and Oruga center are not responsible for changes made by the Egyptian government at the last minute.
• Printed documentation: Both your affidavit and evidence of health insurance must be PRINTED, in addition to having them in your email as an additional precaution.

Travel insurance:

Purchasing travel insurance with COVID coverage abroad is highly recommended. Remember that if you test positive during your stay in Egypt, you must remain in quarantine for 14 days. You would have to face the expense of the additional stay in the country and then you can claim your insurance. Travel with peace of mind.

• 5% of the amount is charged if paid by credit or debit card. You can save this surcharge by paying by bank transfer.

Cancellations:

The amounts paid are not refundable. If we were to cancel the trip due to government decisions (such as pandemics or border closures) we would work to reschedule the trip for a future date and your money would automatically be credited to it.

If you had to cancel your trip due to major causes; such as a medical diagnosis, death of a close family member or testing positive for Covid prior to travel, you will be given a credit to be used towards a later trip (as long as you present evidence from an authoritative and dated medical source) understanding that although it would be tried, it cannot be guaranteed that this trip can be escorted by Vivevibraviaja and Oruga Center.
